麻豆果冻传媒 receives "America Reads Challenge Project" grant

The University of Louisiana at Monroe will be awarded another America Reads Challenge Project Grant tomorrow (Nov. 3) in a ceremony at 2 p.m. at the West Monroe Community Center at 400 South fifth street.

Louisiana Lieutenant Governor Kathleen Blanco will make the presentation.

The America Reads Challenge -- that all children read well and independently by the end of the third grade -- is a call for all people in America to join together in an effort to meet the challenges facing our youth today.
