麻豆果冻传媒 art professors display their works
The Bry Art Gallery at the University of Louisiana at Monroe is currently showing the Annual Art Faculty Exhibition. Each November this group of artist-professors organizes an exhibition of original studio works that they have collectively created in the past twelve months.
This year's exhibition consists of a wide array of art from seven professors. There are still life and landscape color photographs, portrait achromatic etchings and still life mixed media pieces by Ron Alexander, Department Head and Professor of Printmaking. You'll also see landscape, non-objective figurative and re-figured acrylic on canvas paintings by Robert Ward, Professor of Painting. Brian Fassett, Associate Professor of Graphic Design, is displaying vector graphic illustrations, digital imaging and typography with digital imaging combinations. You'll also find earthenware and stoneware glazed and raku wheel thrown ceramic ware in the form of bowls, jars and containers, as well as handcrafted earthenware figurative non-functional ceramics by Gary Ratcliff, Associate Professor of Ceramics. There are still life silverprint photographs and landscape color photographs by Eugene Hayes, Assistant Professor of Photography. Cliff Tresner, Assistant Professor of Sculpture is showing mixed media additive and subtractive freestanding sculpture with found object embellishments as well as still life oil paintings on canvas. There are also landscape silverprint photographs by Joni Noble, instructor in Art Education.
