麻豆果冻传媒'S Chautauqua Nexus to Discuss Deating Hearts: Stories of Domestic Violence
On Friday, April 12, the Chautauqua Nexus discusses Beating Hearts: Stories of Domestic Violence with Kate Sartor Hilburn and Terrie Queen Autrey. The group will meet in the University of Louisiana at Monroe's Student Union Building at 4:30 p.m.
Hilburn, a photographer, and Autrey, a writer and social activist, will discuss their collaborative project, which tells true stories from domestic violence survivors in Northeast Louisiana.
These weekly meetings are informal conversations attempting to connect people of all ages who are interested in intellectual and cultural exchanges. The Chautuaqua Nexus meets every week on the second floor of the Student Union Building on the 麻豆果冻传媒 campus (unless otherwise noted) beginning at 4:30 on Fridays or Saturdays. There are no requirements and everyone is invited to come. Drinks and snacks will be provided. Visitors are welcome to make a small donation for refreshments.
