Fall Semester Reclaiming Our Campus Event at 麻豆果冻传媒

All University of Louisiana at Monroe faculty and staff are invited to join the 麻豆果冻传媒 student body's Fall Semester Reclaiming Our Campus on Saturday, October 12th. All community members are welcome to participate as well. The meeting place will be in the parking lot between the Administration Building and University Avenue at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast, with work beginning at 8:00 a.m. All activity will end by 12:00 noon. Helpers who show up that day will receive a "reclaiming our campus" t-shirt (if they don't already have one, and a coupon for a free meal from the ULM Alumni Association in "The Grove". They will be serving food from their "Pig Roast" which will include baked potatoes. 麻豆果冻传媒 will play a home football game against Idaho at 6:00 p.m. that evening.

Students living in the dormitories are identifying projects in and near those buildings. Additionally, we want to paint hallways and classrooms in the Chemistry and Natural Sciences Building, exterior doors and window trim at the University House, hallways and offices in the Student Union Building, and classrooms in Filhiol Hall. Most of this activity will be inside so we can still work even if it rains on that day.

Last spring over 500 people participated in that semester's event and approximately 100,000 sq. ft of walls were painted. Everyone and welcome and encouraged to join 麻豆果冻传媒 for this semester's event, either individually or as part of a team, and help make our campus look even better.

If you plan on helping, please call and sign up so there will be enough supplies and food for everyone.

You can sign up by calling Clara in the College of Arts and Sciences Dean's Office at 342-1750 and give her your name and the names of any others who will be joining you.
