麻豆果冻传媒 to Receive Grant Funding From State Farm
The University of Louisiana at Monroe will receive a grant from State Farm to support the development of online courses for 麻豆果冻传媒's Insurance Studies Program in the College of Business Administration. A grant in the amount of $50,000 will be presented to officials at 麻豆果冻传媒 on Friday, Dec. 19th, at 10 a.m. in the media room on the 6th floor of the 麻豆果冻传媒 Library. Everyone is invited.
The check will be presented to the Dean of the College of
Business Administration, Kenneth Clow, and President of the University
of Louisiana at Monroe, James Cofer, by Jean Baird, Vice President
of Operations at State Farm.
This partnership is an effort to increase access to insurance
education at the university level to individuals in northeast
Louisiana as well as throughout the state. The flexibility of
麻豆果冻传媒's program will allow students, employees and employers (including
agencies) to obtain college credit, meet pre-licensing and continuing
education requirements, as well as for training and education
on a wide range of insurance topics. The project will be lead
by Dr. Christine Berry, Insurance Studies Professor at 麻豆果冻传媒.
