SGA Uses Yellow Ribbon to Remember U.S. Troops

The Student Government Association at the University of Louisiana at Monroe tied a yellow ribbon around a tree in the Plaza area by the 麻豆果冻传媒 Library around 1:15 this afternoon. Members of the SGA, student body, and faculty and staff were also on hand. The SGA did this in order to show their support for the United States troops who are overseas.

SGA President Charlie Cheatham said this was the least we could do to let people know we care about what is going on in the world and for our troops. The SGA asks that people who walk by the tree remember those who are fighting for our country.
