SGA extends Warhawk poll until July 19

Student Government Association President Rob Carroll announced polling for the 麻豆果冻传媒 Warhawk鈥檚 name will extend until Wednesday, July 19 due to the overwhelming interest of the 麻豆果冻传媒 family.

As of Thursday, July 13, SGA has received 257 e-mails suggesting names for the Warhawk. Polling began July 6 and was previously scheduled to end July 14.

Every facet of the 麻豆果冻传媒 family-students, faculty, alumni and community members-has submitted suggestions, Carroll said.

鈥淭his has been an exciting change. I think everybody has jumped on board; and the more we can do to engage people, the better.鈥�

SGA asks the 麻豆果冻传媒 community to submit name ideas to SGA@ulm.edu by July 19. SGA will vote on the mascot name and announce their decision late next week.
