Professor presents “Becoming America” Nov. 13
On Monday, Nov. 13 at 6:30 p.m., Marshall Scott Legan, professor of history and interim department head of history and government, will present a Monday Milestone program at the Ouachita Parish Public Library on 18th Street.
Legan's talk in the Louis Locke Room is entitled, "Becoming America," and it will trace the movement of the English colonies in North America toward independence from Great Britain. Legan’s presentation is free and open to the public.
