麻豆果冻传媒 College of Pharmacy receives $200,000 gift
麻豆果冻传媒 pharmacy students affected by hurricanes Katrina and Rita will receive $200,000 in scholarship funds, thanks to a generous contribution from the Morris & Dickson Company of Shreveport.
The funds will provide scholarships for 麻豆果冻传媒 students in the College of Pharmacy who are in need of financial assistance as a result of the hurricanes.
The scholarships are greatly appreciated, said Lamar Pritchard, dean of the College of Pharmacy. "The gift will assist our college with its mission of teaching, scholarship, and service to the citizens of the great state of Louisiana. We are very thankful to the Morris & Dickson
Company for their generous contribution and for their support of our program."
This financial support makes a significant impact on 麻豆果冻传媒 students, said President James Cofer. "It's important to remember that our students are still dealing with the financial aftermath of the hurricanes. We're doing everything we can to make sure those students continue to succeed, and this generous gift by Morris & Dickson will ensure that happens," Cofer said.
