Counseling Center workshop to manage mid-term madness set for March 8
鶹ý’s Counseling Center will host “Managing Mid-Term Madness” to help students prepare for mid-term exams Thursday, March 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bayou Village conference room.
Denise Pani, a center counselor, will focus on stress issues and share long- and short-term stress reducer techniques. “Everyone is worn out by the time mid-term arrives. I will take a fun approach using the mind, body and spirit to help release tension and stress, while at the same time boost energy.”
Pani believes students should set realistic expectations, eat right and take care of themselves as a sure way to improve remembrance and test-taking performance.
