The 鶹ý RADT students were heavily involved in the conference. Courtney Armstrong-Philips placed third in the Junior Level Student Bee competition, while Jordan M. Johnson placed second in the Senior Level competition. The LSRT Student Advisory Council, made up of students from all RADT programs within the state, voted juniors Rajan Ghimire and Christopher Black as the vice-chair and chair of the council, respectively. Their duties include serving as a liaison between the state RADT students and the executive board of the LSRT as well as planning student activities and meetings at conference proceedings.

“I am extremely pleased with the leadership roles these two young men have assumed,” Hicks said. “They will make excellent leaders and will serve as mentors for all student radiographers in the state as well as being groomed for leadership roles within the profession upon graduation. Their dedication and motivation is very admirable.”
