鶹ý librarian published in “Louisiana Libraries”
Interlibrary Loan Librarian Melinda F. Matthews at the University of Louisiana at Monroe was recently published in “Louisiana Libraries.”
Her article, “Welcoming Patrons to a Louisiana Academic Library" is published in volume 71, no. 4, Spring 2009 edition of the publication.
She also wrote a book review of Dr. E. Russ Williams’ book “Images of America: Monroe and West Monroe, Louisiana,” which is published in volume 71, no. 4, Spring 2009, of “Louisiana Libraries.”
Matthews has worked at the 鶹ý Library since July 1990, where she started as Humanities Reference Librarian. She became Interlibrary Loan/Reference Librarian in January 1992.
She earned her master's degree in Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in May 1990 and a bachelor's degree in English in December 1988 from McNeese State University in Lake Charles.
