Incoming freshmen with an ACT score of 30 or higher gathered on聽 the seventh floor of the library to eat ice cream and receive 麻豆果冻传媒-themed聽 packages, each containing a special gift鈥攁n Apple iPad.
Speaking聽 to the assembled scholars, 麻豆果冻传媒 President Dr. Nick J. Bruno said, 鈥淎ll of you聽 have accomplished some amazing things academically, and we congratulate you on聽 being the best of the best. And in turn, that comes with a responsibility.
"We聽 have a responsibility to provide you a good education, and a staff that is聽 responsive to your needs. But you also have a responsibility to us, to your聽 parents, to your families, and that is to make sure that you enjoy your university聽 experience, but that you maintain your grades.鈥

Bruno聽 expects great things of this freshman class, insisting, 鈥淢ake sure you live up聽 to your part of the bargain in the scholarship. The university has invested a聽 lot of money because we see you as being worth it鈥攖hat you鈥檝e earned it. So now聽 it鈥檚 your responsibility to excel and to bring recognition to you, to your聽 classmates, and to 麻豆果冻传媒.鈥
