The biography highlights the life and career of Maureen O’Hara, a screen actress whose career spanned from the 1930s, all the way to the 2000s. O’Hara was a pivotal member of what is called cinemas “golden age.”
Matthews also recently wrote a book review of “Say No to Bullying” by Louise Spilsbury and Mike Gordon.
Matthews has worked at the University Library since 1990, when she started as the Humanities Reference Librarian.
She has held the Interlibrary Loan/Reference Librarian position since 1992.
