The CPAPFA is a national level military academy under the guidance of the Ministry of Public Security, which is tasked with the education and training of officers for border control, VIP protection, and United Nations peacekeeping. The institution trains thousands of border enforcement personnel each year as well as hundreds of international personnel who are employed by the United Nations.
